Alright, clickbaity title, but when the extension opens it will be in
Zone 1, and Kennington which is currently in Zone 2 will become a Zone
1/2 boundary station, so that London-Kennington journeys will become
cheaper than now. Since people in the vicinity of the new stations are
presumably using Zone 1/2 station Vauxhall at the moment, TfL won't be
getting much extra revenue from them, so maybe TfL total revenue will go
down when the new stations open.

Most of the people who will be using the two new stations probably don't
live or work anywhere near the area currently. Their journeys will be new
traffic flows for TfL.
