I did a return journey on LU today, involving five trains in each
direction. It was very noticeable that a significant minority, maybe around
25%, of the passengers weren't masked. Most of them weren't wearing a mask
at all, not just wearing them incorrectly as before (ie, as chin-straps).
Until last week, nearly all women wore masks, correctly covering their
noses and mouths, but now many women have ditched their masks. And these
were reasonably busy trains. As there's no enforcement, mask wearing is
effectively now optional and declining.

I did wear my mask as I'm law-abiding, but don't see much point in it.

There isn't. Covid-19 is Nature's way of ridding the world of it's
rubbish. The strong survive, the weak perish ... it's the natural order
of things. Wear a mask, don't wear a mask <shrug> If your body can
handle the infection, it won't matter. If it can't, don't fall in the
gap and hold up the trains.

what a surprise
It's one word actually Tim, so that would just be B ... but oh look, the
word you actually meant is just one word that begins with a B too! Looks
like school must be out for the summer. 7/10 from teacher: Do try harder
when term returns.

I stopped wearing mine after footage emerged of the politicians mixing maskless at the G7 in
Cornwall.
